Benefits of HTML over Wordpress platform

At times, I prefer using pure HTML, CSS and Javascript codes instead of Wordpress especially for single page website or landing page.

Here are some of the benefits using HTML

• Lightweight & less messy codes
• Faster Loading even without cache or CDN
• Content are mostly static
• Basic functionality like form submission, pop-up modal, dynamic content changes, mobile responsive, etc can be easily implement via basic Javascript
• No regular theme or plugins updates

In summary, what I wanted is just a simple, clean and fast loading page. Key is to get customer sales and/or leadgen. Nothing more.

To me, Wordpress is great for blogging, dynamic content or larger websites, and  implementing advance functions eg. shopping cart, auto-backup, security monitoring, payment gateway at ease.

Stats for our New Launch (Property) Website

Hi,

Checkout one of our new launch website stats.

Month of June, 2013
Unique Visitors: 6018
Subscriber Sign-Ups: 99
Conversion rate = 1.65%

A significant boost of additional 1581 unique visitors as compare to May (previous month) on this site alone. But considerably average for sign-up conversion rate; which is one of our main goal for this site. We strongly believe it can be improved further.

My other property sites also show great improvements e.g DeCentrum property has achieved a Conversion rate: 28.2% (June stats) for Email LEAD enquiries alone! And that aren't includes calls & smses.

We can see there is a healthy up-trend of Malaysian, whom are now "all out" for new properties to invest or stay after the recent GE13.

Website Updates

Dear Readers,

Its been over 6 months time since my last update.
Anyway, here I am back on business again.

Today i will be revealing more new sites to you all.

1st is a property site named New Launch Property. Currently it has over 4000 unique visitors monthly with a healthy overall stats (e.g average visit duration, etc).

Next was a newly launched quartz website by Art Concept Innovations. This company is one of the authorised distributor for Caesarstone Quartz. At this moment, 3-4 pages of the site are now ranked in Page 1, Google.com.my. Enquiries were not many as expected but my JV partner was able to close a few sales over RM20000 per client just within a week during a the launch.
