Commercial Property Project

Hi Guys,

Its been a long time I haven't post any of my recent Internet Marketing (IM) progress.

FYI, LMC (Local Marketing Coaching), a home-base IM course was still PENDING. Reason: Our coach told us that he is currently working on a local biz tool (Geosizzle ver2.0) to be ready before he's able to launched it sometime in March, 2012.

Just keep our finger cross.

Besides, I am now partnering with property agents on Malaysian's real estate market. Its considerably a challenging niche to go into. This site, Prestij @ Kota Damansara was just newly launch 2 days ago. Currently it was ranking on Page#2 in SERPS (Google.com). Unlike Univ 360, the Prestij development is focusing solely on Commercial shops/offices.

Aim to get Prestij site rank on Pg#1 soon within 7 days. We had plans to launch PPC campaign as well. Hopefully we are able to inquire targeted deals asap.

Will talk more in details on my upcoming posts.
